School of Economics

School of Economics

Economics is the study of how a society uses its limited resources to produce, trade, and consume goods and services. Our courses examine how markets and organizations allow individuals and societies to achieve their goals. A strong grounding in both theoretical and applied aspects of economics allows students to use their knowledge to understand economic behavior and phenomena. Economics has served as the foundation for a variety of career opportunities.
