Classroom reservation

Instructions
  • Visit the UOS portal → UOS system portal → Campus Life → Classroom Application

    To check and change reservations: From the ‘Department Management Approval’ screen of the Classroom Application list, apply → Approval processing

  • Check for available classrooms before applying for classroom usage.

    The classroom management department can be confirmed at the far right of the Classroom Application list screen, and contact information can be found in the bottom right section for the management department.

  • After the classroom reservation is approved, print the approval letter and visit the management office of the respective building to submit it at least one day before using the classroom.
How to reserve a classroom
  • Advance reservation request for classroom use
    • Classroom application
      (advance use)
      WISE classroom reservation application registration
    • Department in charge Reviews the application details for the managed classroom and approves or rejects
      Print approval letter
    • Application (individual) Submit to the management office of the respective building
  • If applying to use the classroom on the same day
    • Classroom application
      (same-day use)
      Prior consultation regarding same-day use availability
    • Department in charge If the management department grants permission for use
      WISE classroom reservation application registration
    • Department in charge Reviews the application details for the managed classroom and approves or rejects
      Print approval letter
    • Application (individual) Submit to the management office of the respective building
