Certificate issuance kiosk

Instructions

Fax service

Instructions
  • You can apply for and receive fax inquiries at nationwide administrative offices (city, county, district offices, eup/myeon/dong offices, and branch offices).
  • In-person application: Visit the administrative office → Fill out the inquiry application form → Pick up at your local community service center
  • Online application: Visit the GOV.KR website (gov.kr) → Pick up at your local community service center

Postal service

Instructions
  • Visit the UOS portal (https://sso.uos.ac.kr/) → University Administration → School Life → Certificate issuance application processing → Deposit shipping fee → Mail dispatch

Make sure to check the pop-up window (which includes information on mailing costs and the deposit account number for mail).

  • Fee: Mailing cost + certificate fee (₩600 per copy)

Educational expense certificate, student activity experience certificate, and part-time instructor experience certificate have a fee of ₩0.

The name of the applicant and the depositor for the certificate must be the same; if they are different, the name of the depositor must be entered.

Delivery
  • Domestic mail: Next-day express postal mail service
  • International EMS: At least 5 days required (excl. weekends)

For EMS, the delivery period may vary depending on local circumstances.

Note
  • Undergraduate and graduate certificates must be applied for separately, and the mailing fee should be deposited only once per delivery address.
  • As it is sent via registered mail, the recipient’s contact number must be provided.
  • Individuals not registered in the university administration system should register for a portal account or contact the Student Service Center (02-6490-6260~2).

Center service

Instructions
  • Issuance location: Student Service Center (2F, Student Hall)
  • Application method: Present student ID (identification) → Fill out the certificate application form → Issue certificate

Certificate issuance is only available for the applicant in person.
[Personal Information Protection Act Article 18 (Restrictions on the Use and Provision of Personal Information)] A personal information controller shall not use personal information beyond the scope pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 1, or provide it to a third party beyond the scope pursuant to Article 17, Paragraphs 1 and 3.

If you wish to have the certificate issued to a family member or someone holding your power of attorney:
  • Family: Present a family relationship certificate and fill out a power of attorney (available at the Student Service Center).
  • Third party: Print from an automated certificate issuance machine.
