UOS T-Star Core Competencies

Background

The University of Seoul re-established its UOS T-Star model in 2019 by partially integrating and expanding the
existing core competencies (established in 2015) in line with social demands and the Development Plan.
The UOS T-Star model features 9 skills under 3 core competencies based on thinking, ability,
and action to ensure well-rounded qualities matching the ideal talent based on the university's
educational philosophy of truth, creation, and service.
