Department of Korean Language and Literature

The Department of Korean Language and Literature teaches students to acquire a sound foundation in Korean language and literary culture on which the Koreans have based their intellectual thinking. The department cultivates the ability to analyze and appreciate literary works by reading a broad range of theory and work. Graduates are active in literary circles, and in a variety of fields such as publishing, journalism, advertisement, public relations, and public service.
