공학기술과 과학기술을 연구하며, 산업체의 다양한
요구를 수용하는 실용적 기술을 추구하여 미래기술의 발전에 기여할 공학 전문인력을 양성합니다.

전자전기 및 컴퓨터 분야에 튼튼한 기초를 갖춘 전문가 양성을 목표로 합니다. 이를 위해 본 학부에서는 초고주파 및 광파, 반도체, 회로설계, 제어, 신호처리, 정보통신, 그리고 컴퓨터 등에 관한 고급 과목과 인공지능, 알고리즘, 컴퓨터 구조, 멀티미디어 등 컴퓨터 관련 과목을 지속적으로 확충함으로써, 컴퓨터공학 분야와 전자전기공학 분야의 교육과 연구에 있어 상승효과를 극대화하고 있습니다. 학생들이 실제적인 실습과 최신 기술을 경험할 수 있도록, 3개의 PC 실을 포함한 29개의 실험실을 운영하고 있습니다.

School of Electrical and Computer Engineering The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks to produce creative and competitive experts with both strong fundamentals and specialty fields in the electrical and computer engineering. The School offers a variety of specialized courses including microwave and optics, semiconductors, circuit design, control, signal processing, information and communications, and computer technologies. It places special emphasis on the synergy between electrical engineering and computer technologies by continuously diversifying computer-related courses such as artificial intelligence, algorithm, computer architecture, and multimedia. To encourage students toward experimental methods and the latest technologies, the School maintains more than 29 state-of-the-art laboratories.
